One Line Bio

This is a group for classic rock, focusing mainly on the late 60s and 70s.

About, Bylaws, Other Information

This group is for classic rock, primarily from the late 60's, 70's and early 80's.

Along with links to classic rock videos, feel free to leave news, intereviews, photos, etc. of the artists as well.

As for what most members in the group consider "classic rock" please check out the types of songs we've seeded. Some examples would be the works of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, ELO, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, etc. But we also like songs from artists that never saw much air time--songs you don't hear on your local rock station. ( My local classic rock station will sometimes tell me that some songs are too old to play. Seriously sad.)

We average about two songs a day. So rather than having repeats, if you have the time check out what has been played over the last few days.

Please remember the CoH. We have a nice little group going and I'd hate to have to boot anyone, including myself. :-)

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy!

UPDATE: There are some great songs from the 60s, 70s and early 80s that don't fit neatly into the "cassic rock" genre. Some might even be considered pop or folk rock. You might think of bands / groups like Kansas, REO Speedwagon, Journey, and the Guess Who that don't necessarily get much air time on a classic rock station. Feel free to play them here. Don't forget about "one hit wonders" either.
